First off, congratulations on your engagement and thank you for considering our team as your wedding photographer and videographer.

I believe in honest and simple pricing so you will see all costing upfront during our consultation. Likewise, in effort to make the booking process as effortless as possible, I have curated three collections for you to choose from, but you can also mix and match to curate a collection as unique as you are. Couples spend an average $4250, as they value more than just digital files. Can't wait to meet you, to learn more about the vision for your day.

HOW DO WE BOOK YOU?Get in touch with us to see if we have your day available. If we're the right fit, all you need is a signed contract and a 10% retainer to book the date. Get in touch for more details.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?Yes, payments are typically broken into 3 parts. First payment is a 10% retainer, followed by a 35% payment at the halfway mark and the remainder is due day of. If you need a break up payments further just ask.

CAN YOU HOLD A DATE FOR ME?To be fair to everyone, I can't "hold" a date without a retainer and signed contract. I accept bookings on a first come first served basis.

WHAT'S YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE?The retainer is 10% of the selected collection. You'll have two more payments after that a 35% at the halfway point and the remainder due day of your event. I'll send you an email reminder when your payments are due. Planning a wedding is challenging with multiple timelines to track.

WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK YOU FOR OUR WEDDING?ASAP. Since I can't "hold" dates, dates are booked, when they are booked. Most of my couples contact me within a year of the wedding date. It's easy to predict what will be popular weekends, but not always easy to predict when those weekends will book up!

IF WE'RE RUNNING LATE, WILL YOU STAY LATER THAN YOU WERE SCHEDULED?Absolutely. I do have an overtime rate and it goes into effect only with your permission and approval that I continue coverage. I'll bill you for those hours after you return from your honeymoon. Overtime include everyone working at the even, which would include my second photographer and or videographer.

DO YOU OFFFER DISCOUNTS?Occasionally, discounts are available.

DO YOU HAVE A REPLACEMENT WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER IN CASE YOU BECOME UNAVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?Yes, I have a network of experienced colleagues I can call upon.

WILL OUR IMAGES BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING ONLINE?Yes. First I’ll make a super awesome blog post about your amazing wedding day. And you will have an online private proofing gallery (or two or three) to review your photos and share with family and friends, and also allow everyone to purchase prints or digital copies for their own use, saving you the work of distributing the photos.

WHAT KIND OF WEDDING ALBUMS DO YOU OFFER?I’m so glad you asked about wedding albums as I love to see your photos come to life. All our wedding albums are fully customizable and lay-flat. Wedding albums and parent albums are leather or fabric bound. Books are press printed and have custom designed printed covers. Wedding albums are also included in a couple of our wedding photography packages so you get the best rates on everything you want. You have to see them and touch them to truly understand how amazing they are!

WE’RE AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA. IS THAT OKAY?Of course, not everyone likes standing in front of a camera. Our job is to make you feel at ease to help capture the best you. Most of the time you won't even know. we are there allowing you to relax and allowing us to make the photos you deserve.

WHAT TYPE OF COUPLES DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH?I work with all kinds of couples, no discrimination here. I love to work with adventurous couples, or those who want to do something with their loved one on their big day. HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL WE RECEIVE?This is dependent upon length of wedding and shot list, but for an 8 hour wedding you can expect 400-600 images.

CAN WE PROVIDE YOU WITH A SHOT LIST?Yes, this is very helpful when taking family photos, we get all the groupings done sooner and your guests can continue enjoying your day.

HOW LONG AFTER OUR WEDDING BEFORE WE SEE OUR PHOTOS?Depending on the collection chosen, you will receive some web sized photos during the wedding. The entire hi-resolution collection will be ready 6-9 weeks after the wedding.

YOU USE BACKUPS?Of course! My cameras have 2 memory card slots, I have back up gear, and I will always back up your photos in more than one location immediately after your wedding.

DO WE HAVE COPYRIGHT?No, you do not own the copyright. But with the print release, you are allowed to make unlimited prints for your own personal use. The only restriction is that you cannot sell the images or use them for any kind of commercial purpose.

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?Absolutely!

ARE YOUR DIGITAL FILES WATER MARKED?They are not. All images are hi-resolution at download.
